If you make a purchase then after receipt you change your mind, you may return the unused goods to us within 14 days of receipt, and we will refund the cost of the leaves. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

We deal with your order within one day of receipt and a;ways send by first class post, dispatching no later than the following day . The charge for packaging and postage to within the UK is £2.50.

For shipping outside the UK, please allow a delivery time of 1 week for countries within Europe and 2 weeks to the rest of the world including countries such as the USA, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea and South Africa. Sometimes it takes longer due to customs and transfer between different post offices, so we advise ordering in good time. Please contact us for more urgent delivery options. The charge for packaging and postage is £2.50.

You can make secure payment by most major credit and debit cards (you don't need a PayPal account). Also you can use PayPal or personal cheque (payable to 'M W Lyth' and written from a UK bank account only).
